Description
Leccino is one of the most popular varieties of olives in Italy and also one of the most rustic and adaptable olive. The cultivar is very much grown in Tuscany and Puglia and is highly appreciated for its delicacy of taste. The fruits are harvested between October and November, they are washed and then they are preserved in brine according to the traditional recipe. They are excellent for flavoring meat and fish dishes or in sauces, they are also perfect for an aperitif.
