Description
Figs are harvested in early summer and late September, when they are perfectly ripe. Rich in sugary substances but, at the same time, not highly caloric, they are transformed into a jam with a sweet and very pleasant taste.
Pairings and advice: it is perfect for filling sweets and biscuits, it can also be tasted alone. It is delicious in combination with raw ham, gorgonzola, mature cheeses and pork meats.
