Description
Mulberry is a very common tree grown in the Apulian countryside. Its fruits are very juicy, thirst-quenching and sugary, are high in iron and proteins, and are very low in calories. Delicate and easily perishable, they are transformed immediately after harvesting to keep intact the taste and the properties of the fresh fruits. The jam has a sweet and unusual taste, which takes you back to the flavors of childhood.
Pairings and advice: it is ideal for breakfast with bread or rusks, but also in combination with mature or semi-aged cheeses.
