Description
The very sweet strawberries used make the jam are harvested from May to June, when they reach peak ripeness. Rich in vitamins B, K, E and C, they contain an important amount of antioxidants and folic acid. The taste of the jam is full-bodied and unmistakable.
Pairings and advice: it is excellent if matched with fresh goat cheeses, chocolate and custard, it can be used as a sauce for dark chocolate-based spoon desserts.
