Description
Percoche peaches – so called in the areas of Bari – are a type of very compact yellow-fleshed peaches, with a medium-large size and an intense fragrance. They are cut into small pieces and delicately processed in order to retain the fruity aroma of the fresh product in the jam.
Pairings and advice: it is excellent for breakfast or for a snack, spread on a slice of toasted bread with a drizzle of butter, or for filling homemade desserts.
