Intense golden yellow with warm green shades. Clear. To the nose it is strong and captivating rich of balsamic scents of mint and rosemary accompanied by clean notes of cinnamon, green almond and unripe tomato. In the mouth it is elegant and of character ,with tones of artichoke, chicory and lettuce. Bitter, strong and distinctly spicy. Ideal for grilled “porcini” mushrooms, octopus salads, main courses with sausages, legumes soups, blue fish “au gratin”, grilled red meat, grilled lamb, seasoned cheeses at hard paste.
