Description
It has a light color, almost whitish, a fruity aroma with a touch reminiscent of orange blossom flowers and a soft and persistent fragrance of citrus peel. The flavor is fruity and pleasantly acid. It is ideal for the preparing baked desserts, sweetening and flavoring yoghurts, cream and cream-based desserts, it gives its best when used in cold desserts. It can be used for creative vinaigrettes, with raw and cooked fish, stretched curd cheeses of different aging.
