Description
Blackberries grow spontaneously in hedgerows along the paths at the margin of the woods, and ripen in late summer. Rich in vitamins C and A, they are a very soft and juicy fruit from which a jam with a delicately and an unmistakably sweet-soar taste is obtained.
Pairings and advice: it matches perfectly with fresh cheeses with a flowery rind or aged ones and it is pleasant in combination with chocolate. Also, it is delicious if added to smoothies and milkshakes.
